Just One A Day is not open yet. Where this page describes it, it describes how it will work when it opens.
If you are non-monogamous, partnered, or both, the apps differ most in two things: whether you can link your profile to a partner’s, and whether the app is built for people like you or simply allows them. This page says how each one handles it.
Feeld
Built for open relationships, polyamory and couples. You can link your profile with up to five partners.

In the UK, Feeld asks you to verify your age. Photo verification is optional, and Feeld says it does not ask for ID.

OkCupid
Welcomes non-monogamy. Joint profiles for couples are not allowed. Photo verification is done only with your consent.

Where Just One A Day sits
Open to everyone, and assumes nothing. Monogamous and non-monogamous people use the same app, the same features and the same price.
You sign up alone and link with a partner afterwards. There is no couple’s account. Each of you proves who you are and sets your own preferences, and either of you can unlink alone.
Everybody checks an identity document, as well as their face, before anybody sees them. The document is destroyed within 24 hours.
Where it comes out worse, said plainly:
- It is new, so there are far fewer people on it. On the first day there may be nobody who matches what you asked for. It will tell you that rather than show you somebody else.
- One person a day, and nothing to browse or search.
- No way to see who liked you, because there is no like.
