There is no form on this page and there is no form anywhere on this website. Every route below is an email address that reaches a person.

A general question

Write to hello@justoneaday.app. It reaches somebody who reads it.

A question about your own data

Write to privacy@justoneaday.app. We answer within one month.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop using it, or object to us holding it at all. The Privacy Notice sets out each of those rights and what we hold in the first place.

One practical limit, said in advance. Today this website holds one thing about a visitor: the line the web server writes in its log. To find yours we would need the IP address you were using and roughly when you visited. Without both we may not be able to find anything, and we will tell you so rather than guess.

Something illegal, or JOAD not doing its job

This is a different route and it is deliberately separate. Write to report@justoneaday.app.

Use it to report illegal content, to tell us somebody is using your identity, or to say that JOAD is not meeting the duties it has to you. It is not the same as a question about your data and it is not answered by the same people.

If you are not happy with how we handled it

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/concerns. You do not have to tell us first, though we would rather have the chance to put it right.
